We are currently seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support elementary learners through targeted academic and behavioral intervention. We’re searching for an educator who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to meeting students where they are. In this role, you’ll provide individualized assistance to students with diverse learning profiles, offering direct instruction, intervention, and classroom support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Overview: Provide specialized academic support in key areas such as reading, writing, and math. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs that reflect student goals and follow district guidelines. Support student development in social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. Partner with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure coordinated and effective student support. Requirements Active Minnesota teaching license with Special Education endorsement. Prior experience in special education or a related teaching role, with demonstrated success supporting students with diverse needs.
