Framework is partnering with Fauquier County Public Schools to hire Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with students in a small, supportive classroom environment with eight students and three teachers.

In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact each day—helping students build communication, social, and academic skills in a structured and nurturing setting.

• 2 Preschool Special Education Teachers
• 2 Elementary Special Education Teachers (standard curriculum with resource and inclusion support)
• 1 Elementary Special Education Teacher (standard curriculum Autism classroom with high-functioning students)
• 1 Middle School Special Education Teacher (standard curriculum)

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism

* Implementing and tracking IEP goals

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)

* Valid Virginia Special Education license or eligibility for licensure

* Experience working with students with Autism or developmental disabilities

* Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills

Salary: $51,500.00-$88,956.00
