Individualized Education Planning Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students’ needs. Set measurable learning goals and track progress. Instruction and Teaching Teach students with diverse learning needs using specialized teaching strategies. Modify curriculum and teaching materials to suit individual abilities. Assessment and Monitoring Conduct assessments to identify learning difficulties and strengths. Maintain records of student progress and prepare reports. Behavior and Emotional Support Implement behavior management strategies. Support students in developing social and communication skills. Collaboration Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and school staff. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Classroom Support Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one or small group instruction.
