We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Employee Relations. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responds to ER and ethics cases with limited guidance and/or oversight from senior team members.
- Escalates high-risk employee issues and employee workplace incidents and/or security threats to more senior team members and may partner with the team to investigate and provide resolution.
- Initiates contact with legal counsel and executive/senior management as needed. Accurately assesses the level of legal intervention needed.
- Serves as a resource and advises on general/basic policy application and process/practice implementation.
- Contributes to the achievement of Employee Relations objectives across EMEA.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Employee Relations or in an HR advisor role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
