Job Description

Responsibilities: Create, edit, and update content using CMS tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards. Manage content publishing schedules and workflows to support timely and efficient delivery. Monitor content for accuracy and relevance, coordinating with stakeholders for updates and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve basic CMS issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, IT) to align content with business needs. Assist in tracking content performance and user engagement metrics, providing input for optimization. Stay informed about CMS tools and industry best practices, applying learnings to improve day-to-day operations.
