  • Own end-to-end program and event logistics, including candidate scheduling, venue management, communications, and stakeholder coordination

YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE

Wilson is seeking a motivated, highly organized Early Careers Program Specialist to join our collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking team. As our client scales its early talent programs as a critical pipeline for future talent, this role is essential to delivering a high-quality, consistent, and scalable program experience — supporting logistics, execution, and participant engagement.
