- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements

- Fluent in English (both – oral and written) for communication with colleagues in Europe
- Fluent in German (both – oral and written) for communication with colleagues in Germany
- Experience with ERP
- Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
- Self-motivated, positive, good team player

Job Description
Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Specialist Finance with German language skills
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
Main responsibilities:
- Incoming payment clearing;
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments;
- Collaboration with Business units and external debt collection agencies;
- Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions;
- Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings;
