What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality stewardship, sustainability, and regulatory reports that communicate complex information clearly and effectively while meeting applicable reporting and disclosure requirements.
  • Edit content, use graphic design software and tools to create illustrations, graphics, and design layouts
  • Enable smart PDFs (e.g., links to contents and home buttons)
  • Proof-read text and sense checking graphs and imagery as part of a first-line check
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts, data and analytics teams, legal compliance, and other stakeholders to translate technical content into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and visual identity requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve report usability, accessibility, and digital presentation across internal and external audience
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of reporting technology solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and governance of stewardship and sustainability reporting processes.
  • Maintain a centralized reporting content library, including approved narratives, disclosures, graphics, tables, and supporting materials for recurring reports and regulatory filings.
  • Administer reporting workflows, templates, and documentation repositories to support efficient report production and version control.
  • Partner with data, analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to develop scalable content and data flows that support reporting processes.

Your Team: Investment Stewardship Analytics:

The Sustainable Investing team (SI), part of Invesco’s Stewardship organization, serves as COE for SI aspects serving all the stakeholders and external clients of Invesco.
 

Your Role:
 

Reporting design support

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality stewardship, sustainability, and regulatory reports that communicate complex information clearly and effectively while meeting applicable reporting and disclosure requirements.
  • Edit content, use graphic design software and tools to create illustrations, graphics, and design layouts
  • Enable smart PDFs (e.g., links to contents and home buttons)

Reporting Technology, Process Improvement & Automation

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of reporting technology solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and governance of stewardship and sustainability reporting processes.
  • Maintain a centralized reporting content library, including approved narratives, disclosures, graphics, tables, and supporting materials for recurring reports and regulatory filings.
  • Administer reporting workflows, templates, and documentation repositories to support efficient report production and version control.
  • Partner with data, analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to develop scalable content and data flows that support reporting processes.
  • Support the integration of reporting tools and technologies into existing governance, oversight, and control frameworks.
  • Assist in developing automated reporting, review, approval, and quality assurance processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, training materials, and reporting procedures.
  • Provide user support, onboarding assistance, and training for reporting technologies and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through automation, standardization, and the application of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled reporting solutions.
  • Support the maintenance of audit-ready evidence, documentation, and reporting records to strengthen transparency, governance, and regulatory compliance.

The Experience You Bring: •  

  • 5–10 years as a designer; 3–5 years working Knowledge of the Workiva platform
