What you'll do

  • Lead the development and execution of client account plans, project plans, and workplans in collaboration with client stakeholders and Vizient resources.
  • Engage client leadership across spend management categories to understand business challenges, strategic priorities, and financial and operational objectives.
  • Leverage Vizient insights and intelligence to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, demonstrate value, and recommend solutions to address client spend management challenges.
  • Interpret data and insights, align findings with client priorities, and guide the spend management delivery team in developing category workplan recommendations.
  • Present recommendations, benefits, and return on investment from Vizient tools and solutions to support measurable client value.
  • Lead spend management renewal activities in partnership with enterprise teams, sales, and solution architects, including financial modeling, upsell opportunities, scope approvals, statements of work, and invoicing activities.
  • Develop spend management roadmaps, activate category strategies, and identify new spend management opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct quarterly spend management business reviews and participate in enterprise business reviews to communicate roadmap progress, value delivered, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate client education with product owners and lead internal spend delivery team meetings to align resources and monitor account plan, workplan, and project plan progress.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management data, including client contacts, opportunities, bookings, account plan updates, and related activities supporting revenue goals.

Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a spend management expert, championing and coordinating spend management activities through the account planning process. Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.
