Position Overview

The IT Help Desk Intern will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and IT-driven projects across the organization. This position acts as a crucial link between technical teams and business units, helping to identify, track, and resolve issues that impact ongoing projects and IT service delivery. In addition to supporting tickets and troubleshooting, the Help Desk Intern will participate in cross-functional technology projects aimed at improving system reliability, process efficiency, and end-user experiences. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of computer systems, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to contribute to project success through hands-on technical and analytical work.
