Job Description:

AWS Marketing inspires and empowers customers and partners to unlock their cloud potential. We shape AWS's industry perception through compelling narratives that demonstrate our leadership in AI and transformative solutions, while driving customer growth across our vast service portfolio. Our team delivers personalized, connected experiences that foster AWS adoption across diverse industries, continuously evolving our strategy to stay ahead in a digital-first world.

Join our forward-thinking team to help shape the future of cloud computing. You will contribute to strategic initiatives that respond to evolving technology, industry, and customer requirements — collaborating globally to translate complex technology into clear, valuable solutions that drive AWS's growth. We are an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives and bold thinking thrive.

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead high-impact, strategic marketing programs across the China Mainland & Hong Kong (CMHK) territory. This role is designed for an innovative ABM professional who can transform deep account intelligence into powerful, personalized engagement strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

You will design and execute both 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns tailored to high-value enterprise accounts. By leveraging intent data, account insights, and performance analytics, you will drive meaningful connections with priority accounts and continuously optimize programs for measurable business impact across the CMHK market.

In this role, you will own end-to-end execution of territory ABM programs — working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This position requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
