What you'll do

  • Complete and maintain project, engagement, team, milestone, planned end-date, and related information across ERP and PSA systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform regular data reviews, audits, and accuracy checks. Support the preparation of recurring operational and financial reports, including project status, revenue, profitability, risk, and other performance information.
  • Assist with reviewing project financial information, expense reports, contract requirements, and supporting documentation to promote accurate revenue reporting, profitability tracking, and compliance with company policies.
  • Investigate discrepancies, incomplete information, and process gaps. Coordinate routine corrections, escalate issues when appropriate, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep templates, process documentation, methodologies, trackers, and related resources current, organized, and accessible to support consistent team execution.
  • Prepare meeting materials, status updates, and supporting documents. Contribute to process improvements, training resources, and other initiatives that improve the efficiency and consistency of Engagement Operations.

Summary:

In this role, you will support engagement operations across the Spend Management Business Unit, including GPO, Supply Chain Services, and Category Managed Services. You will perform project setup, maintenance, data-quality reviews, reporting support, and other operational activities across ERP and PSA systems to help ensure accurate project information, timely financial reporting, and compliance with established processes.

This role will work closely with Engagement Operations, accounting, project managers, delivery teams, and business leaders to identify discrepancies, resolve routine issues, maintain documentation, and support consistent execution across the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
