THE RUNDOWN
The Sr. Analyst of Growth & Innovation will work cross-functionally to (1) develop and execute priority strategy and growth initiatives and (2) conduct and implement operating model improvements related to the Playfly Sports Properties business. The Sr. Analyst will work alongside Playfly Sports Properties (PSP) and Corporate leadership in a unique and dynamic role requiring entrepreneurial thinking, a penchant for driving growth and change, and an ability to lead high impact workstreams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• In partnership with the Transformation Management Office (“TMO”), project manage key initiatives in partnership with PSP strategy, finance, sales, and operations leads.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of operating model improvement projects across key business areas, driving stronger efficiency and process execution across the organization, specifically in
the Playfly Sports Properties division.
• Support the development and execution of PSP growth strategies; map new business initiatives and contribute to the scoping and implementation of nascent business initiatives.
• Support the generation of detailed business plans and success metrics for organic and inorganic growth initiatives, and drive stakeholder buy-in across the business to support the implementation of these
initiatives.
• Support the establishment of KPI frameworks to define and track the success of these strategic and operational initiatives.
• Project manage approved growth and operations initiatives from design to implementation to measurement
• Generate internal analyses and stakeholder presentations to communicate business impact.
• Support industry research and competitive analyses to inform PSP’s short- and long-term growth strategy.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in advisory services (management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar field) that has required effective project management in a high-velocity environment.
• Fluency in AI tools and workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc).
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experience performing detailed financial analysis & modeling.
• Experience leading & managing projects with various internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, particularly with senior level stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Team player, intellectually curious, successful in navigating ambiguity, enthusiastic to take on dynamic job responsibilities, and willing to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Track record of creating impactful presentations and/or marketing materials.
• Fast learner with a desire to move with urgency, accountability, and intent.
• Exceptional track record of producing qualitative plans backed by quantitative analysis and utilizing the results for measurement and planning purposes.
• Ability to synthesize and convey complex business concepts effectively.
• Strategic planner with the ability to plan and execute upon a defined task or strategy.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills with a direct and empathetic style.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to drive change.


REQUIREMENTS
• This position takes place primarily in a quiet, office setting.
• Willingness and ability to work out of Berwyn, PA.
• Ability to frequently travel to business unit operations, as required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
