• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines that align with analytical and reporting needs.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention activity effectiveness to uncover trends and provide recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science). Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to consumer environment.

• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (e.g., A/B testing), and modeling techniques, and ability to apply them to business problems.

• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel to communicate insights clearly and impactfully.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry.

• Experience with customer retention modeling, lead funnel analysis.
