  • Develops, supports, and maintain documentation and procedures as needed and provides training to other IT staff and user clients as appropriate.
  • Works flexible hours, carries pager/provides on-call coverage including after hours and weekends to support the needs of the organization if need be.

Job Summary

Summary 
The Sr. Application Analyst has primary responsibility for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Epic MyChart applications in the Digital Engagement Solutions team.  They are responsible for obtaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of application functionality, and acquiring knowledge of the operational workflows to be implemented on the system.  Jointly with each other and with the department representatives, they design a future-state workflow and build the system to support the new workflow.  They work with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team.
