About the Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate – HR at SuperK, you will work closely with the HR Team, Co-founders, and business leaders to build a strong people function as we scale.
You will be the day-to-day HR partner for employees and managers — supporting them on performance, engagement, employee relations, onboarding, and other people matters. This is a hands-on generalist role with a strong HRBP orientation, where you will help build processes from the ground up and gradually take ownership of key people initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
HR Business Partnering
