Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

1.          Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies and procedures.

2.          Provides answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees

3.          Ensuring accurate data updates in all HR system

4.          Providing active support for employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes

5.          Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, accordingly, to agreed SLAs

6.          Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes/procedures

7.          Partnering with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendors

8.          Participating in identifying areas to improve communications/processes and efficiency of operations and implementing changes

9.          Performing diligently all additional duties appointed by Supervisor

10.        Being active support for other team members in terms of questions related to processes or service for client

11.        Expanding the knowledge and expertise across entire WFA team

12.        By way of exception – performing tasks not related to the country / region supported

Qualifications

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications
