Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to meet organizational procurement needs. Review supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs and quality. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and ensure timely and accurate procurement solutions. Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or concerns promptly to maintain service levels and compliance. Analyze market trends, industry developments, and supplier data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier evaluations for audit and decision-making purposes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing enhancements in sourcing processes and supplier management practices.
