What you'll do
- Deliver an exceptional benefits experience to Oracle’s U.S. employees and their families.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted resource across a broad range of benefit programs, policies, eligibility requirements, and enrollment systems.

As a senior member of the Benefits organization, the Senior Benefits Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional benefits experience to Oracle’s U.S. employees and their families. This position serves as a subject matter expert and trusted resource across a broad range of benefit programs, policies, eligibility requirements, and enrollment systems.
The Senior Benefits Specialist independently manages complex employee inquiries and escalations received through the Oracle Benefits Portal, email, and telephone. The role requires strong judgment, deep benefits expertise, and the ability to interpret policies and regulations, evaluate unique or ambiguous situations, and determine appropriate resolutions with limited oversight.
In addition to providing direct employee support, this role contributes to the ongoing administration, effectiveness, and evolution of Oracle’s benefits programs. The Senior Benefits Specialist partners across the Benefits organization and with Payroll, Finance, HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, implement programs, and ensure accurate and compliant benefits administration.
As an experienced member of the team, the Senior Benefits Specialist is also expected to mentor and develop colleagues, share expertise, identify opportunities for improvement, and help establish best practices across the organization.
