  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring all activity, account mapping, and deal stages are accurately tracked.
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine regional messaging and with Sales Operations to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion.

Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, analytical, and strategic Senior Market Development Representative to spearhead Ethoca’s expansion into North America’s top merchants. As a Senior BDR, you will be the engine of our regional growth, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating high-value opportunities within the merchant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Prospecting: Execute outbound multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social, and networking) targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 merchants across the United States and Canada.

All About You:

Bachelor's Degree Required

"Can do" and positive attitude to effect change, open and creative mindset; comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast paced environment.

In-depth knowledge / experience using all relevant tools to source and prospect (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Gong, etc.)

Technology and/or Payments Industry experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, sales acumen, product management, project management, leading and influencing others cross functional team members, and technology application skills are critical

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
