Join Snoonu's Commercial Team in Oman and be the backbone that keeps our commercial engine running. As a Senior Commercial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition and account management teams, ensuring every contract, document, and partner detail is handled with precision and speed. This is the role for someone who is highly organized, thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in making everything run smoothly in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Support the commercial team in managing partner relationships, contract documentation, and onboarding processes end to end
- Coordinate between acquisition, content, operations, and finance teams to ensure signed brands are activated on the platform without delays
- Maintain and update the brand tracker, pipeline reports, and status dashboards on a daily basis
- Follow up with AMs/Acquisition on pending documents, NOCs, banking details, and contract signatures
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and partner communications
- Organize and minute commercial meetings, retraining sessions, and partner review calls
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in a coordination, commercial support, or operations role ideally within a fast-paced or tech environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and comfortable working with data and trackers
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased
✨ Bonus Points if You Have:
- Prior experience in a delivery platform, super app, or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools or pipeline management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
