ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Community Property Manager at Zekelman Industries, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a residential community, ensuring exceptional living experiences for residents while maintaining operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a resident-first mindset, offering the opportunity to directly impact community satisfaction, budget performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with leasing staff, maintenance teams, and regional leadership to ensure smooth operations, efficient task management, and a cohesive community environment. This is an on-site role located in Tecumseh, ON.
