The Executive Compensation team sits within Amazon's Senior Talent and Transformation (STT) organization. We're a tight-knit group of comp strategists who partner across the business to ensure Amazon's most senior leaders are rewarded in ways that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with long-term business goals. Our work spans every geography Amazon operates in, and no two days look the same. We operate with a high degree of autonomy, move fast, and hold ourselves to the highest standards. Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience
- 5+ years of Human Resources, Compensation Management or Consulting experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
