What you'll do

  • Administer, configure, and optimize HubSpot, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automation, forms, lists, permissions, reporting, dashboards, templates, and other platform capabilities.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, service, operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical CRM solutions.
  • Champion CRM data governance by establishing and maintaining system guardrails, security controls, naming conventions, documentation, and operating procedures that promote accurate and consistent data.
  • Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, and routine maintenance to support business operations, integrations, reporting, and data quality objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of related business applications, integrations, and data flows in order to identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Support CRM integrations and plugins, including requirements definition, field mapping, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Own the overall health, stability, usability, and performance of the CRM environment by proactively identifying technical debt, process inefficiencies, adoption issues, and opportunities for automation.
  • Leverage custom code and development when appropriate to extend platform capabilities and deliver reliable solutions. Partner with developers or third-party resources when specialized development is required.
  • Own the CRM enhancement intake process for assigned work by gathering, evaluating, documenting, prioritizing, and implementing requests, defects, and continuous-improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in backlog review, story refinement, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and completion of assigned work within agile delivery cycles.
  • Plan for, test, and communicate the impact of HubSpot, Salesforce, Amazon Voice/Amazon Connect, and related application releases and changes.
  • Organize and support POC’s, solution demonstrations, user acceptance reviews, and end-user validation for CRM enhancements.

Remote, India 

The Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the Hubspot CRM platform.  This position provides technical direction on configuration and maintenance, resolves production issues, and leads root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term solutions.
