What you'll do
- Shape M&A strategy and develop decision-support analyses for Thermo Fisher’s senior leadership team.

- 10+ years of meaningful M&A experience across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investment banking, corporate development, or related transaction environments
- Significant experience evaluating and executing complex transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, analysis, and negotiation
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable inorganic growth opportunities

As a senior member of Corporate Development, you will help identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions that advance Thermo Fisher’s long-term growth agenda. You will work on complex, high-impact opportunities with significant visibility across the organization and direct exposure to senior leadership.
You will be involved from the earliest stages of strategy and opportunity identification through valuation, diligence, negotiation, executive decision-making, and transaction execution.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $212,000.00–$282,600.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
