- Review electrical schematics, PCB designs, and conduct test plans for EV charging power electronics systems.
- Conduct verification tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.
- Capability to analyze root-cause of the power electronics system and drive R&D activities independently.
- Design and set up test benches with automation instrumentation, and data acquisition systems for performance evaluation.

- Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer for our Test Power Electronics team. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination. Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
