  • Lead and coordinate with quality assurance, testing, production and research and development of new and existing product line.
  • Serve as project in charge for rectifier products HW development project, creating timeline and, organizing collaborative meetings and ensuring project comply with specifications, timelines.
  • Review work and project for technical accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product line and production efficiency.
  • Handle and solve market plus production problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow the defined processes and adhere to defined communication plan as part of Global Engineering Function.

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in power electronics design & development is required
  • Strong knowledge of power conversion design & manufacturing
  • Good exposure of engineering theory & design criteria related to power conversion is required
  • Experience in Industrial grade Rectifier or UPS product design, familiar with PFC, inverter circuit, buck, boost & LLC circuit principle & design
  • Familiarity with control theory, analog, digital & electric plus Strong analytical & problem-solving skill required
  • Experience on handling project independently and guide team members as needed
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Thorough understanding of applied maths & physics is plus
  • Exposure of computer-aided drafting (CAD) software is added advantage
  • Exposure to embedded software development is added advantage

Job Description:

Perform other duties as assigned. Being part of Global Engineering Function, it is expected to follow the defined processes and adhere to defined communication plan.
