Sr. engineer Maintenance(Injection moulding)

What you'll do
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of extrusion, injection moulding, mixer, grinder, and packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and control circuits.
- Operate and maintain HT/LT switchgear, transformers, MCC, PCC, circuit breakers, motors, DG sets, UPS, and EOT cranes.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, heaters, valves, and conveyors.
- Diagnose and rectify issues related to VFDs, servo drives, thermocouples, RTDs, LVDTs, transmitters, and industrial automation systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain industrial drives (ABB, Danfoss, Delta, etc.) and ensure optimum machine performance.
- Carry out calibration of plant equipment and maintain machine safety standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with ISO standards, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for maintenance planning, spare parts, and material reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Looking for sr. maintenance engineer (injection moulding) for a pipes and fittings manufacturing industry that is located in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
