We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) responsible for the quality and reliability of all Cribl products. This is a hands-on leadership role in ensuring that quality is built-in from the start of the software development lifecycle, implementing test strategy from design to release with agentic workflows. The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
