About this role
- Act as single point of contact between the company and QCA / F&S service providerI request to kindly approve to recruit him immediately based on our requirement and oblige.
- Verify submission status, revisions, and acknowledgements on SLDC/RLDC portals
- Monitor real-time generation vs scheduled generation.
- Highlight major deviations to internal teams and QCA for corrective action.
- Support root-cause analysis for high DSM deviation blocks.
- Processing of all payment of DSM charges and service charges to QCA
- Documentation and data keeping
- Co-ordination with internal site team
