Sr. Executive - Front Liner - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles.

Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)

Ability to screen and assess candidate suitability

Good organizational and time-management skills

Basic understanding of HR processes
