What you'll do
- Administers the financial programs and activities for the business.
- Performs financial and business analysis in working with all management and department heads at the plant, division, and corporate levels.
- Prepares annual budget, monthly/quarterly rolling forecast, and month-end analysis.
- Perform financial analysis and provide decision support to assist management with driving increased performance to ensure financial success.
- Provide Support for Month End Reporting and variance analysis
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Prepare periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership
- Develop and implement new reporting tools to business demands
- Participate in strategic initiatives including financial software implementations
- Participate in strategic financial projects including various financial software implementations
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements
- Travel may be required periodically to support operations

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years' finance and accounting experience – preferably in an FP&A role
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis

- Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner
