We’re actively seeking a talented Sr Full Stack Developer to join our Technology Enablement Engineering team in our Newport Beach, CA office.

As a Sr Full Stack Developer you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success, by leveraging your analytical and cloud engineering skills to solve complex problems for the CMD business.  You’ll join a dedicated, self-organizing, cross-functional team in developing our next generation systems in the AWS cloud. 

How you will make an impact:

• Analyze complex business problems, clarify requirements, and evaluate technology feasibility.
• Assist in the overall scope definition, workflow design and facilitation of technology development.
• Develop solutions to solve complex problems for the business.
• Work with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize use cases and drive team understanding
• Work closely across business and technology teams to assist with integration design, development, testing & implementation
• Collaborating with architects and engineers to formulate innovative automation engineering solutions
• Mine large and complex datasets for insights and conversion to new product features
• Executing a project from scratch to production while collaboratively across teams.
• Communicate complex concepts and results in a clear and effective manner.

The experience you will bring:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years’ experience in software development, architecture and/or cloud technologies
• Proficient at administration of existing BizTalk applications
• Develop all components of BizTalk including Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, Custom Components, BAM, BRE and Orchestrations
• Hands-on experience implementing data integration and API services with AWS cloud technologies
• Strong foundation with modern SDLC in various technologies (AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C#, .Net Core, Windows/Linux)
• Good working knowledge for a variety of automation, integration and business process management solutions
• Experience being part of a fast paced agile software development team
• Desire and ability to train, mentor, and develop technical skills of more junior engineers

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$137,610.00 - $168,190.00
