What you'll do

  • Support immigration casework from start to finish, including case assessment, documentation collection, case submission, and monitoring progress until case completion.
  • Facilitate the assessment of new candidates as presented for eligibility for sponsorship and ensure the accuracy of information submitted.
  • Act as liaison between candidates and In-Country partners or governmental authorities, providing continuous support and coordination to keep the immigration process moving.
  • Provide informed advice to clients on applicable rules and regulations in each different global market such that their local business needs are met in a compliant fashion.
  • Guide clients and candidates on relevant immigration policies that will affect them, and set expectations on process and timeline.
  • Manage the full life cycle of immigration needs of each supported candidate by ensuring appropriate record keeping, monitoring visa expiry dates, and proactively alerting the client with adequate notice.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client and Employee Experience teams and other third-party service providers to ensure the smooth onboarding of new foreign hires.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention with sincerity and passion, and approach troubleshooting as an opportunity to establish integrity and value.
  • Possess an unrelenting willingness to meet committed timelines, including influencing global affiliates and clients to meet their agreed-upon timelines, resource allocation, and maintaining the team on project-related issues.
  • Dedication to being current on international immigration news plus changes in policies and regulations while continuously updating and refreshing Pebl's internal knowledge management tools.
  • Actively identify and recommend process improvements focusing on maximizing client and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local immigration authorities for relevant Pebl subsidiaries.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a Senior Global Immigration Specialist, P4, to join our growing Immigration team for the ME. This full-time position will be responsible for helping our corporate clients and their employees secure the necessary work and resident permits in different countries across the globe, with a particular focus in the Middle East. This individual will be based in Bengaluru, India and will report to our Global Director of Immigration.
