Job Description

Revelyst is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.

The Senior Internal Auditor will plan and conduct risk-based financial, operational and compliance audits across Revelyst’s operations. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding assets; optimizing operational efficiencies; ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and company policies; and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with complex, multinational companies in the consumer packaged goods or retail sectors.

This is a hands-on role and the Senior Internal Auditor must possess deep expertise in auditing, internal controls and business processes and thrive working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This position reports to the Internal Audit Manager and is based in our Irvine, CA office.

As the Senior Internal Auditor, you will have an opportunity to:

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $110,000.00 - $116,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
