About the Role

Gap Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Tech Ops to own the operational backbone of the company's expanding portfolio of enterprise AI tools. The role provides dedicated technology-operations ownership for license lifecycle management, seat provisioning, platform administration, and ongoing operational support including ownership of the AI help desk.

You will help ensure platforms including Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Fal.AI, GapGPT, and future AI services can be supported consistently as adoption expands.
