Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Consumer Insights for North American portfolio, you will have the opportunity to directly impact and influence the future strategic direction of iconic and energetic brands. In this role, you will help develop and implement the strategy on all brands, influencing key decisions across base & innovation marketing groups, from consumer targeting and brand strategy/positioning to renovation and near-in innovation decisions (i.e., LTOs), to communication evaluation (and more).  This is a new role in a newly created central function, building standards to evaluate & improve performance of the total North American portfolio.

The Role – Key Skills:

  • Strategic: Be a key strategic business partner to Marketing team and a transformational leader. Present advanced understanding of the consumer, research methodologies/techniques, marketplace drivers, standard processes and experience to drive the business forward

  • Strong Business Competence -Understands how to diagnose and level up critical business issues/business metrics/knowledge gaps with an eye for translating these into landing the right ‘business questions’ to solve on the consumer front

  • Influential: Influence at all levels of organization (above & below) and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

  • Impactful: Influence so-what’s" by making actionable recommendations routed in deep understanding of market dynamics, our business and consumer

Key responsibilities

Qualifications

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
