- Implementing end-to-end industrial relations strategies, policies, and initiatives across multi-site manufacturing operations for workmen and officers.
- Formulating the management charter of demands and leading collective bargaining negotiations with workforce unions to ensure strategic alignment.
- Ensuring 100% statutory compliance with all labor regulations, while managing legal disputes, litigations, and union-related matters.
- Conducting regional wage benchmarking and analyzing workforce demand and surplus to build accurate manpower requirement models.
- Driving capability building, right-manning, and productivity programs to maximize plant workforce operational output.
- Managing contract labor governance, employee grievance resolution processes, and plant-level culture change initiatives.
- Overseeing IR infrastructure and systems including time & attendance tracking, employee portals, and regular reporting MIS.
