We drive acquisition of new customers and deepen engagement of existing ones through horizontal, cross-functional initiatives, end-to-end experience optimization, and rigorous high-tempo experimentation — worldwide, across paid and free tiers. We are under the broader Alexa Core Experiences org and are looking for an engineering site leader based out of our Hyderabad office.
Key job responsibilities
The engineering leader will lead multiple teams of engineers, owning and operating some of the foundational horizontal and vertical components that run Alexa. The leader might directly manage a team of engineers but will also have managers reporting into them. They are responsible to ensuring that their work is delivered on time and at a high quality, and for making technical decisions from software architecture to operational excellence.
