  • Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, proactively mitigating risks, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining program momentum.

Job Description

The Sr Manager Technology Transformation is a strategic enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and accelerating the organization's technology transformation agenda through the design and execution of modern operating models, digital capabilities, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

This position serves as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, partnering across business and technology functions to define future-state strategies, drive operating model evolution, and helps deliver measurable business value through large-scale transformation programs.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, and Technology Modernization. The Technology Transformation Leader is responsible for developing transformation roadmaps, governing portfolios of strategic initiatives, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring successful organizational adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.

Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading enterprise-scale transformations, designing target operating models, leveraging emerging technologies to unlock business value, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader in designing and executing target operating models for Tech organizations, emphasizing the following areas:
