- Provides Network Operations support for larger and more complex projects.
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement and/or change management initiatives.
- Develops and implements processes to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
- Develops policies, methods and procedures in support of business processes change management.
- Ensures that changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion and works with impacted users to help minimize disruption to ongoing work processes.
- Develops and authors methods and procedures / job aides, processes and other formalized documents based on business requirements.
- Measures network performance against process requirements.
