- Support the Placement Manager in managing daily operations and team development.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure appropriate placement.
- Utilize Caffeine software to track and prioritize opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers.
- Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to carriers.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Placement Executives and Associates.
- Assist in evaluating carrier performance and providing feedback.

- Current P&C Producer License, required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker.
- Prior experience working within Epic or another Agency Management System preferred.

Qualifications

· Highly comfortable with using various types of technology in a fast-paced environment, including strong usage of Excel.
