Leads root cause investigations for product issues and drives corrective actions across sites, including customer-related concerns. Monitors product performance through data analysis to identify trends and risks early. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment. Manages product changes as the Product Engineering owner, ensures timely communication with customers, and supports rapid releases when needed.
