  • Identify opportunities to create platform-level AI capabilities that scale across CDK products.
  • Develop and contribute to business cases that quantify the value of AI-enabled features, including efficiency gains, revenue lift, and cost savings.
  • Align product investments with strategic goals and measurable dealership outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize product backlogs, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and AI/data readiness.
  • Partner with R&D, Data Science, and Scrum Masters to drive efficient execution across the full lifecycle (definition, development, testing, beta, release, retrospectives).
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across CDK product lines to ensure seamless, integrated dealer experiences.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to align on shared capabilities, data models, and AI strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing dealer feedback, behavioral data, and market trends.
  • Incorporate AI-driven insights and analytics into product decisions and prioritization.

AI-First Product Strategy & Execution
