About the Role

As a Senior Customer Program Manager, you will lead the post-award execution of complex customer programs for some of Shyft Global Services’ largest and most strategic accounts. You will serve as the primary customer contact and own the overall relationship, customer satisfaction, program profitability, contractual commitments, and service-level performance.
Working closely with Sales, the Global Project Management Office, and cross-functional business teams, you will translate contracts, master service agreements, statements of work, and financial models into scalable operational programs. You will establish governance, coordinate implementation, manage risks and escalations, and ensure that customer requirements become clear, actionable plans.
This is a visible, high-impact opportunity for an experienced program management professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing across teams, and helping global customers achieve meaningful outcomes. Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered for this exempt role will be a minimum annual salary of $105,000 based on several variables including length and depth of work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
