What you'll do
- Focus on CSI core client and product system, as well as our next-generation data platform.
- Lead Data projects from analyzing and designing user requirements for our data systems, strengthening platform offerings, and implementing data governance and enterprise data applications.
- Ensure enterprise data platform and its applications are delivered according to timeline
- Analyze data modeling product and client data in an investment banking setting
- Design unifying data models for each class and be capable of independently finding solutions to data problems.
- Drive the buildout of enterprise data solutions to fulfill general business needs.
- Resolve operational issues and implement preventative measures.

- Bachelor Degree or above in IT/Computer Science or Data related
- 10-15 years relevant experience in Data project managements, preferably in banking/finance sector
- Strong understanding and modelling of financial product, client, and trade information.
- Strong data sense and critical thinking.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent team player, open to new ideas.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn and teach.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English, Mandarin proficiency is a plus

- Knowledge of P&L/Revenue calculation and business intelligence analytics is a plus.
- Experience in data governance within the financial domain is a plus.
