What you'll do
- Carrying out procedures to ensure that all software, hardware, applications and services meet the standards of the organization and end-user requirements
- Analyzing and testing software and application configuration to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards
- Participating actively in Agile testing methodology including helping to develop quality standards, test cases, software/hardware and application testing, and documenting process and test outcomes
- Developing, modifying and executing test plans and suites and communicating with product developers and technical support specialists on software issues
- Performing tests to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects
- Creating test data to ensure thorough evaluation, documents and work to resolve basic problems and report progress on problem resolution to management

- Experience in testing Salesforce/Web Applications
- Knowledge on Test Management Tools such as Azure Test Plans, Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA, Quality Center etc.

- Reporting issues/bugs/failed tests into systems consumed by team members across global locations.

Under general direction, this individual is responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all software, hardware, applications and services meet the standards of the organization and end-user requirements, analyzing and testing software and application configuration to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. This individual is expected to participate actively in Agile testing methodology including helping to develop quality standards, test cases, software/hardware and application testing, and documenting process and test outcomes. They are responsible for developing, modifying and executing test plans and suites and communicating with product developers and technical support specialists on software issues. The Senior QA Test Engineer applies company policies and procedures to address a variety of issues. They are also responsible for assisting in the development of policies and standards and ensuring adherence to company procedures and best practices.
