  • Create and maintain a comprehensive risk register that captures technical, operational, financial, vendor, and compliance risks across GFP's portfolio, including fleet safety technology, charging infrastructure, fleet acquisition, and partner ecosystem programs.
  • Define a consistent risk taxonomy and scoring framework (likelihood, impact, velocity) so that every team in the org classifies risk the same way.
  • Own the end-to-end risk lifecycle: intake, assessment, assignment of mitigation owners, tracking of mitigation actions, and verification of closure.
  • Build the reporting cadence, producing weekly and monthly risk dashboards that show aggregate risk posture, burndown velocity, overdue mitigations, and emerging risk trends.
  • Present these to GFP leadership, translating risk data into clear 'so what' narratives that drive decisions.
  • Partner with program managers, product managers, finance, legal, and engineering leads to ensure every major initiative has a living risk assessment.
