Job Description

Responsibilities Executes complex reporting tasks and documentation. Prepares dashboards and client presentations. Supports workshops and internal reviews. Provides input to delivery managers. Drives improvements in reporting workflows. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs. Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations. Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards. Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary. Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams. Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.
