Duties/Responsibilities
Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management.
Responsible for execution of print / fulfillment - client deliverables, order processing, and inventory management on assigned accounts accurately and on-time
Serve as an empathetic, responsive, communicative operational contact for assigned client deliverables.
Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback clearly.
Take accountability for identifying project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Maintain client training and knowledge materials, such as job aids, FAQs, and process maps, for internal use, and clients or end users where applicable.
Lead internal and client-facing deliverable meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
Train new and existing team members on products and processes and provide client-facing platform training as needed.
Recommend tactical solutions and process improvements to internal and external stakeholders.
Track project time accurately to support forecasting and billing.

Clear, concise verbal and written communication, including the ability to summarize complex information for stakeholders.
Empathetic, collaborative interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet client advertising deadlines.
Adaptability and the ability to learn new software and applications quickly and work comfortably with technology.
Ability to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and composure in a deadline-driven environment.
Self-directed approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (India night shifts).
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
Two to four years of experience in client services, account coordination, print/fulfillment, project coordination, marketing, advertising, or related field.
Previous experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred.
Experience supporting US-based clients or global teams is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
